Partners Group Closes Fourth Direct Infrastructure Program at Over $15 Billion

– Partners Group, one of the largest global private markets firms, has completed the final close of its fourth direct infrastructure program, raising more than USD 15 billion.

– The program includes a closed-ended fund and bespoke investment solutions that invest alongside the fund.

– The strategy focuses on building next-generation infrastructure platforms across energy, utilities, and other critical infrastructure sectors.

– Partners Group targets the mid-market segment, where it sees opportunities to invest in resilient, high-quality companies with strong value creation potential and attractive exit opportunities.

– The program is already more than 40% committed and includes a seed portfolio of 11 assets aligned with key investment themes such as power generation, AI infrastructure expansion, and energy security.

Esther Peiner, Global Head of Infrastructure at Partners Group, said the fundraising reflects strong investor demand for infrastructure assets offering stable, inflation-protected returns and downside protection.
