– Partners Group, one of the largest global private markets firms, has completed the final close of its fourth direct infrastructure program, raising more than USD 15 billion.
– The program includes a closed-ended fund and bespoke investment solutions that invest alongside the fund.
– The strategy focuses on building next-generation infrastructure platforms across energy, utilities, and other critical infrastructure sectors.
– Partners Group targets the mid-market segment, where it sees opportunities to invest in resilient, high-quality companies with strong value creation potential and attractive exit opportunities.
– The program is already more than 40% committed and includes a seed portfolio of 11 assets aligned with key investment themes such as power generation, AI infrastructure expansion, and energy security.
– Esther Peiner, Global Head of Infrastructure at Partners Group, said the fundraising reflects strong investor demand for infrastructure assets offering stable, inflation-protected returns and downside protection.
