– CEO and Co-Founder Matt Pyatt said the transaction will help Arrive build on its growth, highlighting its sales culture, customer and carrier relationships, service focus and technology platform as key competitive advantages.
– Mubadala Capital Partner Samuel Merksamer said Arrive has consistently increased load volume and market share across multiple freight cycles while maintaining its service and culture.

– The transaction is expected to close in Q4 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
