– Paul Greywall, PE, Trinity’s President & CEO, will continue to lead the company alongside the existing management team.
– Daniel Sugar, Partner & Co-Head of Flagship Private Equity, Veritas Capital: Veritas sees Trinity at a “growth inflection point” and plans to support account growth, technology investment, and capability expansion through acquisitions.

– The transaction is expected to close in Q4 2026, subject to customary conditions and regulatory approvals.
