Kingswood Capital Management Raises $4 Billion Across Two Oversubscribed Middle-Market Funds

– Kingswood Capital Management closed Kingswood Capital Opportunities Fund IV at $3.1 billion and its inaugural Small Cap Fund I at $900 million, bringing total assets under management to more than $7 billion.

– Fund IV is more than double the size of Fund III and marks Kingswood’s fourth institutional fundraise in five years.

– Both funds were significantly oversubscribed, closing in just five weeks and exceeding their fundraising targets before reaching their hard caps.

– The fundraising was supported by strong existing LP participation, with nearly all investors re-upping, alongside GP commitments of approximately 7% to each fund.

– Founder and Managing Partner Alex Wolf described the close as “a transformative milestone”, adding that the strong demand “is a continued validation of our investment strategy and operational playbook”, despite volatile market conditions.

– Kingswood enters its next growth phase with an active deal pipeline and a team of more than 40 professionals, expanding expertise across automotive, consumer, distribution, food & beverage, healthcare, industrials, and services.

– The new capital will support Kingswood’s strategy of identifying overlooked value opportunities while expanding partnerships with corporate sellers, founders, management teams, and operators.
