TruArc Partners Raises $1.2 Billion for Fifth Fund, Exceeding Target

– TruArc Partners announced the final close of TruArc Partners Fund V (“Fund V”), securing $1.2 billion in capital commitments across the fund and parallel vehicles.

– The fund exceeded its $1.1 billion target and significantly surpassed its predecessor fund, which raised $840.1 million.

– Co-Managing Partners Ogden Phipps, John Pless, and Alan Mantel said the strong fundraising reflects continued investor confidence in TruArc’s team, disciplined investment strategy, and sector focus.

– Fund V received strong support from existing investors through re-ups, while also attracting a new group of institutional investors.

– The fund will continue investing in middle-market companies in specialty manufacturing and business services, partnering with experienced management teams to support growth and strengthen competitive positioning.

– TruArc’s investment strategy focuses on identifying companies where capital can drive organic growth and strategic acquisitions, expanding products, services, sales channels, and geographic reach.
