– At final close, Keystone Fund I is the largest first-time fund in the GP Solutions sector.
– CEO Ian Charles said the fund was created to provide not only capital but also strategic and flexible partnership to private markets firms navigating a rapidly evolving industry.
– The Keystone strategy is led by Joe Corcoran, John Stott, Charlie Tingue, and Michael Belsley, bringing expertise in private markets, structured solutions, secondaries, GP stakes, and complex sponsor transactions.
– More than 30% of the fund’s capital has already been deployed across 11 alternative asset managers.
– The strategy will focus on building long-term partnerships with leading private fund sponsors across North America and Europe while maintaining a diversified portfolio across the alternative asset management industry.
