Silver Hill Energy Partners Closes Oversubscribed $1.277 Billion Fund V

– Silver Hill Energy Partners held the final close of Silver Hill Energy Partners V, LP (Silver Hill V), its fifth partnership and third institutional private equity fund.

– Silver Hill V closed oversubscribed with $1.277 billion in total capital commitments.

– The fund continues Silver Hill’s strategy of direct ownership, operation, and control of onshore oil, natural gas, and related infrastructure assets across leading U.S. energy basins.

– Silver Hill V is already significantly deployed following the large-scale acquisition of Eagle Ford Shale assetsannounced in January 2026.

– Since its founding in 2011, Silver Hill has raised $4.15 billion in cumulative capital commitments.

Kyle Miller, CEO and founder, said the oversubscribed fundraising reflects investors’ confidence in Silver Hill’s strategy and its ability to source attractive risk-adjusted opportunities in the U.S. energy sector.

– The firm is focused on creating long-term value by developing its existing Haynesville, Bakken, and Eagle Fordasset base while selectively pursuing new acquisition opportunities.

– The company aims to support growing global energy demand while delivering attractive long-term returns for investors through its multi-basin shale platform.
