Mandatum Asset Management Growth Equity Raises €140 Million

– Mandatum’s Growth Equity strategy focuses on the scale-up phase of Finnish and Nordic growth companies.

– MAM Growth Equity I made its final investment in February 2023, and MAM Growth Equity II has completed its fundraising.

– Anchor investors in MAM Growth Equity II include Varma and Tesi.

– The first and second vintages of the strategy have client assets under management totaling approximately €300 million.

– MAM Growth Equity II has already invested in three companies, including Finnish company Integrata.

– The strategy targets companies with a turnover of at least €10 million and offers flexible minority investment solutions for growth capital and liquidity for owners.
