Kohlberg & Company Closes on $4.3 Billion for Kohlberg Investors X

– Kohlberg & Company, L.L.C. (Kohlberg), a private equity firm, announced the final closing of its 10th private equity fund, Kohlberg Investors X, L.P. (Fund X).

– Fund X raised $4.3 billion in commitments.

– Kohlberg also raised an additional $1.0 billion for dedicated co-investment vehicles alongside Fund X.

– Over 125 investors participated as limited partners in Fund X.

– Investor types include public pension funds, financial institutions, endowments, corporate pensions, sovereign wealth funds, family offices, and funds-of-funds.

– Commitments were received from investors across the U.S., Canada, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
