– JFLC Closed JFL Equity Investors VI, L.P. (“Fund VI”) and affiliated vehicles at $2.23 billion, surpassing its $1.6 billion target and marking the largest fundraise in the firm’s 33-year history.
– Fund VI was meaningfully oversubscribed, reflecting strong investor demand.
– The new fund increases JFLCO’s total assets under management to $7 billion as of November 30, 2024.
