Godspeed Capital Management Closes $675 Million Fund III at Hard Cap

– Godspeed Capital Management LP, a lower middle-market private equity firm focused on Defense & Government services and technology, announced the final close of its third fund, Godspeed Capital Fund III LP, at $675 million.

– The oversubscribed Fund III reached its hard cap with capital commitments raised in under two months.

– Fund III received strong global support from a diversified group of institutional investors, including endowments, foundations, health systems, public pension plans, family offices, fund of funds, advisors, and consultants.

– Including Fund III, Godspeed Capital has raised over $1.1 billion in total commitments since its inception in 2021.

– The firm’s investment strategy emphasizes partnering with founders and management teams in the Defense and Government sectors, focusing on growth through strategic initiatives, technology investments, operational improvements, and add-on acquisitions.

– Godspeed Capital has completed 33 investments and established eight platform companies with a specialized focus in public and private sector intersections.

– Earlier in the year, Godspeed Capital completed the sale of two platform companies, MOREgroup and Stratus Team.
