– Air Street Capital has raised a third fund totaling $232,323,232 to invest in AI-first companies across North America and Europe

– The firm plans to lead early-stage rounds with investments ranging from $500K to $15M, while also making selective growth-stage investments up to $25M

– The fund reflects continued momentum in AI-driven innovation, with AI increasingly viewed as a core driver across industries including software, science, robotics, and defense

– With this new fund, Air Street Capital is now considered the largest solo GP venture firm in Europe, emphasizing a high-conviction, single decision-maker investment model

– Portfolio companies highlighted include Synthesia, Black Forest Labs, Poolside, Profluent, Enveda Biosciences, Wayve, and Sereact

– AI applications across these companies span areas such as video generation, open-source visual models, enterprise AI systems, genome editing, drug discovery, autonomous driving, and warehouse robotics

– The fund will continue targeting AI-first opportunities in software, developer tools, infrastructure, techbio, science, and defense, with a focus on enabling entirely new categories of products and companies rather than incremental improvements
