– Fund IV is the largest fund in GenNx360’s history.

– The fund attracted commitments from a diverse group of existing and new investors, including pensions, asset managers, insurance companies, foundations, and family offices.

– Fund IV will continue GenNx360’s strategy of partnering with lower middle market founders and management teams to scale essential services businesses.

– The fund has made five investments to date across infrastructure services, testing and inspection services, aerospace and defense, and IT services.

– GenNx360 announced the exit of its initial Fund IV investment, Precision Aviation Group, in May 2026, demonstrating early momentum.

– Founder Ron Blaylock said the fundraising reflects investor confidence in GenNx360’s team, strategy, and nearly two decades of investing in founder- and management-led businesses.

– Managing Partner Monty Yort said GenNx360 has realized more than $1.3 billion over the past 12 months and over $2 billion over the past 2.5 years across its funds.
