Pictet Group Raises $1.53 Billion for Sixth Private Equity Co-Investment Fund

– Pictet Alternative Advisors (“Pictet”) has completed the final close of Monte Rosa Co-Investments VI, raising $1.53bn in committed capital, significantly above its $1.0bn target

– The fund was oversubscribed, reflecting strong investor demand for co-investment opportunities and confidence in Pictet’s sourcing and execution capabilities

– Monte Rosa Co-Investments VI is the sixth vintage in Pictet’s co-investment franchise and the largest to date

– The fund size increased by more than 50% compared with Monte Rosa Co-Investments V, which closed at $900m in 2023

– The strategy focuses mainly on buyouts, with selective exposure to growth and venture investments

– The investment period is expected to span around three years

– The portfolio target is approximately 25–30 co-investments across North America and Europe, with selective exposure to Asia

– Around 40% of committed capital has already been deployed across 14 transactions

– Investors include a diversified global base of insurance companies, pension funds, family offices, and private clients across Europe, Asia, and North America
