Taaleri SolarWind III Fund reaches final close at €630 million

– The Taaleri SolarWind III Fund, Taaleri Energia’s sixth renewable energy fund, closed at €630 million, including €74 million in co-investments.

– It invests in utility-scale onshore wind farms, solar parks, and battery energy storage systems (BESS) across the Nordics, Baltics, Poland, Southeast Europe, Spain, and selectively in Texas, USA.

– So far, €360 million has been committed, with full deployment expected in 18–24 months.

– Key investors include European banks, pension funds, insurance companies, foundations, family offices, and individual investors via Aktia Bank.

– The Fund is classified as an Article 9 SFDR fund and benefits from EU support via InvestEU and NextGenerationEU funds.
