Sycamore Tree Capital Partners, L.P. Closes Seventh CLO at $505 Million

– Sycamore Tree Capital Partners, L.P. announced the closing of its seventh collateralized loan obligation (CLO), STCP 2025-7.

– The $505 million vehicle invests in broadly syndicated loans of U.S. companies.

– Initially offered at $400 million, the Fund was upsized to $505 million due to strong investor demand.

– STCP CLO 7 is Sycamore Tree’s second new-issue CLO of 2025.

– The Fund is structured to comply with European risk retention regulations.

– It is the second investment completed with participation from Sycamore Tree CLO Fund II.

– Represents the Firm’s sixth consecutive CLO closing at $500 million or more.

J.P. Morgan served as the underwriter.

– Approximately 25% of the Fund’s debt is held by international investors.

– Paul Travers, Managing Director and Portfolio Manager, emphasized the Firm’s focus on risk management and capital preservation for both debt and equity investors.
